Rodrigo’s experience—not only as a graphic artist but also as a painter and illustrator—unites a rich cultural background with a style that is vibrant, candid, and compelling. He is particularly known for his work ethic, innovation, detail, and concepts that forge immediate emotional connections.

Recently, Rodrigo traveled to Beijing with other members of a design research team from Nike in order to examine China’s culture and art in preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games. He was also one of the creative masterminds behind global campaigns like the one for the Vapor 300, the thinnest and lightest sports watch Nike has ever made.

Even at the early stages of his career, Rodrigo garnered accolades from the American Institute of Graphic Arts. In addition, his work has been recognized by and featured in COUPE and HOW magazines as part of their respective best-of-the-year award issues.
